Modelling and Controlling System for Road Traffic

A distributed architecture utilized to simulate road traffic using virtual machines and modern communication techniques and tasks scheduling is proposed. Based on collected information, which is used by complex road traffic simulator, the proposed system can estimate the current state in order to improve the traffic flow.
